Master Engineer
A Cadet is an enrolled student at the New Republic Academy. They have already chosen their fields of expertise and decided they wish to join the Civilian branch. They may be in the midst of their first exams and decided they wish to persue a career as an Engineer.
Pay: 3 million
A Junior Engineer has learn't the basics of Engineering and manufacturing. Varied job tasks are prospecting for materials that will aid in the building of IA products. This requires a unique skill set that enables an individual to constructively assist IA's leadership.
Pay: 5 million
An Engineer is well on their way through the New Republic Academy. They have shown an experiences skill in the application of General competency and are learning the art of building and manufacturing for the Company. It is through their endevours that Industrial Automation flourishes.
Pay: 5.5 million
A Master Engineer has been an active and vital participant of Industrial Automaton. They excel at the processes and regulations of manufacturing and have shown leadership potential to new recruits. They have the ability to lead a small team of engineers in projects and their creativity drives the forward momentum of the Company.
Pay: 6 million
Enrolement in the New Republic General Course, Civilian section.
General Knowledge test passed.
All Civilian strains of study through the New Republic Academy have been completed and passed.
All relevant New Republic Academy exams passed. Experience in building and manufacturing. Shows an aptitude for leadership and company loyalty.
